Mrs. Barbara Musser is a 1992 graduate of Meigs High School and a 1996 graduate of The Ohio State University. After spending time working in nursing and patient education, she became a stay at home parent. She re-entered the work force in the field of early childhood education, as the administrator of New Horizons Childhood Enrichment Center. Barbara later worked as a substitute teacher and tutor, and continues to work as a substitute teacher today. 

Barbara and her husband, Steve Musser (MHS '87), live in Pomeroy with their three children, Elena, Bobby, and Jack (MHS '17, MHS '20, MHS '23). Barbara serves on the Meigs County Community Fund Board, and is active in several other community groups and Sacred Heart Catholic Church.
